Can someone help me? Our providers want to use 99455 for work physicals. But the way I read this it is for work related disability services is this correct?
 
Work physicals

We always use code 9002T for work physicals since insurance does not pay for this .
We then set a rate of pay, the patient must pay before the exam. I hope this is helpful.:)
