How would one go about calculating or locating work rvu values for preventive codes (ie 99395) that are not calculated on the Medicare RVU spreadsheet?
 
The work RVU for 99395 is 1.36. National average Medicare payment for non-facility is $87.60 and the facility payment is $63.61. Not sure what you mean by calculate. The AMA RBRVS Data Manager is an excellent source for this type of information. The RVUs are listed for this code in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule RVU data file.
