Has anyone had any success in getting a single case agreement for Worker Compensation claims, with the claims adjuster? We are really trying to get an agreement in place prior to the procedure being performed, but as you can imagine no one really wants to pay for a procedure that has not happened yet.

Any advice with how you handle Worker Compensation claims/billing, is very appreciated!
