I really like Medtronic's webinars. They allow you to submit questions while you listen to the webinar. The free material they provide is great, also.

NASS- North American Spine Society puts on one every year. They have one in the spring, summer, and fall. The summer seminar is scheduled on July 24-25 in Baltimore, MD, Spring course has past, & fall course is Nov. 9-10 in San Francisco, CA. I am going to the summer seminar. These are very good seminars and are geared totally to the spine.
