Would a vaginal surgical wound sharp debridement be coded in the Female Genital system chapter or Integumentary?

"I used a weighted speculum placed in the vagina to access the anterior vaginal wall. Inspection of the abscess cavity demonstrated a small amount of necrotic tissue along the midline anterior portion of the abscess cavity. This tissue was sharply debrided. I did not appreciate any fluctuant areas requiring additional drainage. The abscess cavity walls appeared viable. I would estimate that the total dimensions of this abscess cavity are approximately 3 cm x 4 cm. I then packed the abscess cavity with quarter inch iodoform."

This was 2 days post-op from a vaginal incision and drainage with cystoscopy. We are debating if this should be coded to 57000-78 colpotomy, or 15852 dressing change under anesthesia.
