How would you code the following: The patient has diabetes and a left plantar foot ulcer complicated by chronic venous hypertension and lymphedma. The doctor does not say that the foot ulcer is due to the diabetes or the chronic venous hypertension he says complicated by. Your thoughts on how to code this would be appreciated.
