Looking for codes for wound care done in a nursing home. New venture for doctor. Mostly medicare any help would be great
 
Wounds in nursing home

I would use the V58.XX codes for the encounter of wound care, and for the Cpt code I would use the codes listed under " Subsequent Nursing Facility Care" because the guidelines states that those codes are used to report evaluation and management services to patients in nursing facilities{formerly called skilled nursing facilities}, intermediate care facilities, or long-term care facilities.
