Wound Care Question - Reporting skin graft substitute(s) with debridement(s)

Hello,

I have a question on billing skin graft substitute placement (15271, 15275) with debridement(s) (97597,11042,11043,11044).

I understand that "wound bed prep" is included in the procedure codes 15271,15275 - But would it ever be appropriate to report a debridement code beyond the basic "wound bed prep"?

I can see the "active wound care management" codes (97957, 97598, 97602) not being separately reportable.... But what about the 11042, 11043, 11044 codes?

Does anyone have any experience or references in reporting skin graft substitutes and debridement's together?
