Wiki Wound Clinic Oasis Billing

I need information on how to bill a Medicare patient for the application of the Oasis product on the professional side. The hospital will be billing the technical side. Would I bill the G0440 code?

Mary, we use 15430 and are paid without problem as long as we use the appropriate ulcer code and diabetic/venous insuff dx.
