Doctor performed the following sugery:
Irrgation and debridement of left lower extremity wounds including skin and subcataneous tissue, Medial wound 4cmX3cm and lateral wound 3cmX1.5cm.
Application of dermal allograft to the left lower extremity wound.
Application of wound vacuum-assisted closure device.
Would you bill 11042, 11045(x4), 15271, 15272(x4) and 97606?
Having trouble with this one. Any advice would be appreciated.
