I work in a wound center and have a question....Can the Facility charge for a wound vac and e/m visit if there is not significant other thing wrong with the patient. usually our patients come in...nurses assess the wound, measurments...doctor sees patient and then they re-apply the vac. Do I just charge the vac application or do I add the facility e/m level also? thanks in advance for your help
