Hello...Hope someone can help me with this coding problem.
1) Patient had I & D of Bilateral Leg Abscesses one was on the Right thigh and the other was on the Left Leg below Knee. I was looking at 27301 and 27603 for these two.
2) The next day the patient had Bilateral Lower Extremity washouts ( no debridements) I was looking at 15852-50-58.
3) The next day the patient had I & D of right leg. I was looking at 27301-58
4) The next day he had Bilateral Extremity Washout with VAC placed on right lower extremity. I was looiking at 15852-50-58 and 97605-59.
What do you think about these procedures? Thank you for your help.
