rt wrist arthroscopy w/ synovectomy (dorsal ulnocarpal and midcarpal) 29844 and scapholunate ligament debridment with thermal shrinkage, TFC debridment 29846

ECU sheath incision w/ tenosynovectomy 25118
Open TFC repair 25107

Bill 25107 and 25118 still 29846 since scaphounate ligment was debrided?
