Hello all,

Lt Salter DISTAL radius fracture and DISTAL ulna fracture

Both were treated w/ closed reduction w/ manipulation

Would this just be 25605 or 25605 for radius and unlisted for ulna...Other codes state SHAFT fractures. Dx 813.44

Thanks for any help!
