Has anyone in j4 been successful in getting xclose (cpt 22899) paid by medicare trailblazer?
From what i can tell medicare is deciding to bundle it even with the additional documentation provided with 63030... I appreciate any suggestions

I have something from the AANS indicating that this is part (X-Close) of the global surgery package for performing a discectomy and not separately billable.

Since I didn't have this information at the time of my last post, I thought I would let you know.
