Here is another question I have:

Patient is status post right total knee with left knee arthritis.

Doc orders AP both knees and lateral of the left knee.

Xray thinks they should be able to charge 73565 and 73560. I say it is either two views or three views and I should charge 73560 or 73562. (AP both is this considered just one view two knees or two views?)

Any suggestions?

From my understanding, when a standing view is combined with other views, you should choose a code based on the number of views. I would code 73560x2 because it is 1 view of the right and 2 views of the left.
