Xenograft trimming in OR/debridement

I cannot find a code for return to OR after a porcine graft application. He had multiple dressing changes and debridement for deep abrasions. He also trimmed the grafts.
The burn treatment codes only pay about 130$, and the debridement pay even less. This doesnt feel right for a return to OR. help!!
