Good afternoon.. I just want to make sure I am on the right track here. So a physician's office that bills for Infusions. Pt has dx of Kidney Cancer, Bone Mets, Lung Mets. Pt received Infusion of Opdivo and also Xgeva Inj SQ, so for my Xgeva for the drug and the Adm code, I am looking to use the Bone Met dx primary followed by the Kidney Cancer, and Lung mets..

Is this what other's are doing as well?
