Wiki Xofigo Medicare pays for A9606 but Medicaid denies as NCCI edit

Medicaid is denying HCPCS A9606 Xofigo Radium Ra-223 dichloride, therapeutic, per microcurie because they say that Medicare bundles it into HCPCS J7050 Infusion, normal saline solution , 250 cc as content of service due to NCCI edit; but Medicare pays for HCPCS J7050 on the EOB. Does anyone have any suggests how to appeal this?
