Can a Pain management doc bill for an xray of the hip? The patient comes in with hip pain and instead of sending him to the hospital to get an xray of the hip to find out why it hurts, it can be done right in the Pain Mgmt docs office. He would get the results right then and could treat the patient. Can we bill for the xray and get reimbursed?
