Wiki XS vs XU for Oncology

Hello,
After reading the descriptions for XS vs XU I'm confused on which modifier would be appropriate for Oncology services? What is everyone else using?

I no longer code for chemo, but the descriptions are different, and used for different situations. You would code whichever is appropriate to that specific patient's care.
