We performed Y90 mapping on a patient and charged the appropriate CPT codes. We then performed the radioembolization on a different day and we charged the appropriate CPT codes along with 77263 on this day. The insurance is bundling 77263 with 99152/99153 and 96365/96367/96368 performed on the same day. Can someone please help with this? thanks!

Lidocaine 1% SQ
Versed IV see MAR
Fentanyl IV see MAR
75 minutes of direct physician supervised IV conscious sedation was performed. The patient's physiologic status was monitored, and medications were administered by an independent trained observer (radiology nursing).
Prophylactic antibiotic administered within one hour of procedure.
