Is candidiasis (vaginal yeast infection) considered "straightforward" 99212 or "low" 99213 on the MDM table under column 1 number and complexity of problems addressed?
 
Read the definitions of the different problem complexities here. What do you think it is after understanding the definitions? I would also make sure you understand what all is involved with such a diagnosis, so I would look up the diagnosis on google as well.
