I need to bill for a procedure > z- lengthening of extensor tendon 5th digit left foot < I found 27685 exact procedure but this does not concern the digits of the foot just lower limb & ankle ....ps the patient has Hammer toe deformity of 5th digit left foot ... any suggestions ;)

there are actually two codes for correction of hammertoe. they are 28285 and 28286. without seeing the op report detail, this is as much i can do to help. thanks.
