I have a new provider who will be doing Z- POEM procedures. I cannot locate a procedure code for these. I have suggested that the provider use 43499 for the Z-POEM and use the comparable code of 43279.
Is anyone else doing these procedures? Do you agree with this coding or are you coding it differently?
