I have a question. I have offices giving me z34.91 (normal pregnancy, unspecified) and z34.81. (other normal pregnancy)

I know you can't use both codes, but could I just drop the z34.81 and use z34.91 as it doesn't specified first pregnancy or more than one? These are for testing.

It's best not to use the unspecified codes if you don't have to. If the offices are giving both codes together, I would go with the more specific code.
