Is anyone dispensing the new Neupogen replacement drug Zarxio? Our doctors are looking into it and the drug rep said "everyone" is using it and "no one" is having reimbursement issues (sales pitch or what). So far haven't found any other practices using it.
 
Our physicians are not using and do not plan to use it at this time. They are not real interested in this after we had a lot of issues with the biosimilar for Neupogen: counts did not come up as expected and patients were hospitalized with neutropenic fevers and infections.
