    Need assistance! When is 27095 appropriate? We are commonly seeing as the provider lists below and I believe should be the 27095 with 73525 however others state 20610. Also any sources for decision would be great as well!

    A right hip arthrogram was performed in the standard fashion, with contrast with an 18-gauge spinal needle. We examined this hip under fluoroscopy and anesthesia; there was some subluxation with external rotation; I could flex him up to 60 deg of flexion, abduction out to 40 deg after the adductor lengthening. Approximately 40 milligrams of Kenalog was drawn into a syringe, approximately 1 cc. We then used 4 cc of 0.2% ropivacaine to complete the cocktail. We then aspirated to protect for any neurovascular issues and then injected the full 5 cc's of the cocktail and without difficulty."
