Want to confirm that I have this right:

If a stent is placed in the LMCA and another is placed in the LC, treating two seperate stenoses, what would you code?
Im trying to remember which of the LD, LC modifier should be appended to the LMCA stent.

One stent only:
92980 LC
The LMCA is considered the same vessel as the LD or LC when those vessels are being treated. Get Dr Z's cardiology book for references.
