I know the codes changed this year from 4 codes to the one 37191.

Procedure: Inferior vena cava filters in the left and right inferior veins caval veins.

Two filters were inserted in the left and right veins.
My question is how would you code this? Below is what I was thinking:
37191 LT
37191 RT59

Do you mean Lt Iliac Vein and RT Iliac Vein? If so, you should use unlisted. 37191 is for filters placed in the vena cava (inferior or superior) only.
