I have a first order uni renal angio, followed by renal angioplasty, followed by renal stent.

I wasn't sure if you could code it since a stent was done. So I should code all 3 procedures?

Well if the angioplasty was just done to place the stent then no don't bill it, but if it was done to treat the stenosis and a stent was still needed then you can bill both.

This is true, just be sure that level of detail is documented.
