If anyone can recommend a good conference/seminar in regards to compliance, billing, procedures, etc on Kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty I would greatly appreciate it!

I don't know of any that are specific for spinal interventions only, but those two procedures are usually covered by interventional radiology. Check the zhealth publishing website for their webinar or seminars.

Medtronics actually has hosted some billing seminars where they actual bring in knowledgeable billing and coding people. You may try contacting them. They also have online information.
