What is the ICD 10 diagnosis code for PENDING GYNECOLOGIC SURGERY? I can't find it from ICD 10 book from index .. if you have any additional source to find the code please share with me for better understanding .

You use the reason they need surgery. Since the surgery has not been performed the diagnosis that requires the surgery is still present. there is no code for pending surgery.
 
Yes it's helpful. I have to clarify the report with provider to check whether the patient has done surgery or the patient going for surgery like operative session.
