Guys, can you please help me, also? I am a beginner in OT coding. Just got the job proposal. I work for cardiologists, famili doctor and do medical claims for dentists, but have no idea where to begin with OT. I don't even know if I should use the 1500 claim form? Can you help me?

i bill for ot and yes use 1500 alswo bill with modifier go on these claims for 97530
