Can someone please tell me what is included with 64721? I can not find my list.

The doctor performed:
Enterlyosis of palmaris tendon
Open CTR
Neurolysis of motor branch/median nerve
Distal volar fasciotomy
Transfer palmaris tendon with fascial extension to abductor plooicis brevis
App of splint.

I say you can not bill for all of them but I am being outvoted.

I dont have a list, but I can tell you that you definitely can not bill for the following listed above:

Application of splint---this is global to almost all surgical cases
Neurolysis---unless it is well documented that it is "internal" then it bundles, per cpt instruction.

You should be able to capture the palmaris tendon--double check your cci edits. I believe the enterolysis will bundle with this.
