I'm confused after watching a webinar on OB Global packages!! For pts that have C-Sections do you bill individual OB office visits or is it a global charge like a vaginal delivery? Help?! Thanks!

Check out CPT codes 59510 - 59622. If your provider(s) have seen the patient for the entire antepartum, delivery, and postpartum, there's a code there for you! Some payers have strange rules which could effect your billing. Otherwise, if you have supplied all the care AND the patient has had the same insurance coverage during this care, you would bill globally.
