Wiki billing for administration of immunizations/ GA Medicaid

I want to know if administration of immunizations are reimbursed by medicaid. If not can I use a 99211 with a health check for the administration?

We are in MD and our adm of immun are not reimbursed effective 2008. Just call your Medicaid provider and ask them.
 
In New Hampshire we have state supplied vaccines up to their 19 th birthday and we are allowed to bill for the administration.
