Sexual inactivity isn't really a diagnosis in and of itself. There could be a variety of non-medical reasons why an adult would not be sexually active. As far as I'm aware, there isn't a specific diagnosis code for absence of sexual activity.

If there are underlying reasons, I'd look for codes relating to the specific documented reasons. Pain, trauma, decreased libido, vaginal dryness...whatever the documentation specifies.
