    Wiki Modifier FL?

    I am a CPC but am currently working for a health system doing claim denial follow up. Our coders are telling me that modifier FL is appropriate for CPT code 90471. I don't find anything indicating that modifier FL exists. Has anyone else heard of this?

    Wiki 2017 Flu Vaccine billing

    If the office administers 2 pediatric doses (0.25mL) to an adult how should it be coded? NDC has to reflect product used, which is for the 0.25mL but the NDC dose was entered as 0.5mL, I feel like that is correct but should they bill CPT code 90685 x2 units or 90686 ?:confused:
