Wiki Cost of flu vaccine

Can someone tell me the most efficient way to find out how much our top insurance payers are reimbursing for the flu vaccine? We are a primary care office and I’d like to do a cost analysis.
I would appreciate any help I can get.

Most efficient? Don't know about that, but I get reimbursement data from the payer's webpages that we are contracted with.

If you are trying to determine for services already rendered, most software has built in reports that you can run to determine how much you were actually paid for specific CPT codes by plan.
If you are trying to determine ahead of time, then as Sharon suggested, the payor website is a good place to start. Also check your contracts. For several payors, we have non-standard contracts (ie my fee schedule may be different than the doctor's office down the block). But those contracts are based on RVUs. Once I know the amount per RVU, I know the reimbursement schedule.
