Wiki Vaccine Refusal
One of our providers mixed up the medication to give the injection, but the parent refused it at the last minute. I have the diagnosis code for the refusal, but can we bill for the medication since it was already mixed up and we had to waste it since the parent refused?- jazzyblues2005
