Wiki 2 physicians, same date, different speciality

We have patients that are seeing 2 different physicians at same facility site, same day. One is a PA under the supervision of an anesthesiologist and the other physician's speciality is physical medicine & rehab. Both charges are for office visits using the same diagnosis codes. Can this be billed that way?
 
I would use modifier -27 (Multiple Outpatient Hospital E/M Encounters on the Same Date) This is used for facility billing only to report utilization of hospital resources related to separate and distinct E/M services performed in multiple outpatient hospital settings on the same date.
