Just looking for another opinion on how to code a supracervical hysterectomy for 2 uteruses and 2 cervixes with different diagnoses for each. 58180 with -22 modifier?
 
Wow! Have never run into that one!

Using the 22 modifier is certainly one way to go, but if the surgical documentation clearly shows two separate procedures to remove each organ, I would be tempted to try billing 58180 and 58180-59 with the separate diagnosis codes and of course the documentation to show why there are two procedures.
