"the lateral compartment was softnening and consistent with anterior cruciate ligament attenunation and I heated the lateral meniscus posterior central attachment to try to get a little more hysteresis within it and then tightnened the anterior cruciate ligament with electrothermal heat and did a microfracture X 3 at its origin for healing response"
 
THE 29999 would be appropriate if thats all he was doing (thermal shrinkage) but to me it sounds as if he is doing this to accomplish the microfracture.
