I have a neuro Interventional Radiologist who performs a 3-d angio pre and post aneurysm coiling procedure. The question came up is how many 76377's can you charge? I thought 36733 can only be charged one per procedure.

My feeling is that only once.
If any of your doctors are members of ACR, you can contact them directly for an official answer.
