Wiki 36215 denied for Invalid Dx

Hi,

When providers advance their catheter to brachial artery(No diagnosis) to check the artery after examining the AV graft malfunctions, i code 36215.
But the insurance deny these cases for Dx inconsistencies.
Please advise..
