Dr did a cysto laser lithotripsy on urethral stones (52317) and then he also removed 1 Weck Hemo-lok clip from the urethra. Could I charge 52310.59 since it would be a different diagnosis code (foreign body from the bladder) or would it just be included in the 52317?
