Wiki 82270 and diagnosis code

With our Medicare wellness, the provider often does 82270 which is the Screen FOBT. However since the first of the year the diagnosis code which we had been using is not going through. Has anyone else had this issue? If you are getting yours covered, what diagnosis code are you using. Thank you in advance for any assist.

I do coding in our primary care department and with our patients that have MCR AWV and provider does Screen FOBT, we use G0328-GW with diagnosis Z12.11. Our patients with commercial insurance is when we use 82270 with diagnosis Z12.11 - hopefully that helps out some.
