Just had a number of claims for 88305 deny at Blue Cross for "4 The procedure code is inconsistent with the modifier used "

We haven't had this particular denial with similar claims before. Anybody know if there was a recent update that I didn't hear about regarding the use of modifier 33 for pathologies for screening colonoscopies that turned diagnostic?

I saw something similar with Blue Shield a couple months ago but it only affects 88305 with diagnosis code Z12.11 and Z12.12.
