Question 90868 (TMS) adverse effect dx code

Hello, I work at a behavioral health facility that offers TMS treatment.
I recently had a claim for a patient that is having an adverse effect to the treatment. The Dr is trying to use T88.1 which is wrong, but I am struggling to find the right code. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'm not an expert with Beahavior Health however, looking at the code information maybe it needs to be more precise? I presume that was the first encounter? Maybe T81.89XA would be more suitable. (A if initial encounter) T81.89XA is a valid billable ICD-10 diagnosis code for other complications of procedures, not elsewhere classified, initial encounter.
